§ 1015.09 PRIVATE WASTEWATER DISPOSAL SYSTEMS.

When a public sanitary sewer is not available under the provisions of Section 1015.01(c), the sewer for the premises, structure, or building shall be connected to a private wastewater disposal system. Such system shall conform to the Household Sewage Disposal Rules as contained in OAC Chapter 3701-29, and rules of the Ohio EPA, and any permitting requirements of the Greene County Health District.
