The City shall have the right to shut off service to one or more properties, buildings, or structures when such shut-offs are necessary to make repairs, to conduct testing, or when necessary to assure the safety or integrity of the City's sanitary sewer utility. The City will make every effort to notify affected customers at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to such shut-off, except in the case of emergencies. In no case shall the City be liable to any customer for any accident, damage, or claim that may result from such necessary shut-off.
