Upon notification that the restoration required under Section 1000.01(b) has been made to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, the Finance Director shall refund to the permittee the cash deposit or bond filed by the permittee within thirty (30) days provided; however, that the permittee has paid any outstanding costs for additional inspections, as required under Section 1000.02(e), and any removal or remediation costs, as required under Section 1000.05(b).
