§ 1064.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Except as otherwise provided, whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first offense. For a second or subsequent offense within one calendar year, the offender is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition to the penalty provided for a second or subsequent offense, the court shall impose a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   (b)   Whoever violates § 1064.05 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both. In addition to the penalty provided in this subsection, the court shall impose a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for a first offense.
