(a) All refuse shall be placed in appropriate containers, as described in § 1060.04, and placed at the curb for removal. All bulky items shall be placed at the curb for removal. No live ashes shall be put in any containers for removal. All disposed items shall be placed at the curb by 6:00 a.m. on the scheduled collection day.
(b) Rubbish that is larger than can be contained in containers shall be securely tied in bundles, not to exceed 50 pounds in weight, and placed at the curb. Parts of trees or shrubs shall be tied in bundles, not to exceed four feet in length and two feet in diameter.
(c) Leaves, grass clippings, tree trimmings, hedge clippings, and similar lawn refuse shall be put in containers, as described in § 1060.04, for collection.
