§ 1052.09 CONFLICTS OF LAWS.

To the extent of any conflict between other city resolutions or ordinances and these procedures, these procedures shall be deemed to be controlling; provided, however, that these procedures are not intended to amend or repeal any existing city ordinance or resolution.
