EDITOR’S NOTE: Ordinance 95-82, passed 12-28-1995, and Ordinance 95-83, passed 12-28-1995, adopted the Water and Sewer Extension Policy for the City of Xenia, for water and sewer extensions, respectively. Ordinance 98-81, passed 11-24-1998, repealed Ordinance 95-82 and Ordinance 95-83 by implication and re-enacted the policy as set forth in this chapter.
