§ 1049.27 SEVERABILITY.
   In the event that any section, subsection, subsection subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of this chapter, or the application thereof, if for any reason is held or decided to be unconstitutional or unlawful, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions or application of this chapter.
