183.06 USE OF FUNDS COLLECTED.
   All moneys derived from the tax herein before levied shall be used by the City to plan, construct, reconstruct, improve, maintain or repair any of the streets within the City; to pay the City's portion of the cost of cooperating with the county or with the Department of Transportation in the planning, construction, reconstruction, improvement, maintenance and repairing of any of the roads or highways located within the City; to pay the Municipal corporation's portion of the compensation, damages, costs and expenses of planning, constructing, reconstructing, improving, maintaining and repairing roads and streets in the City; to pay any costs apportioned to the Municipal corporation under Ohio R.C. 4907.47 with respect to any of the highways, roads or streets in the City of Wyoming, or to purchase, erect and maintain traffic signs and markers and traffic lights and signals which the City is authorized to erect and maintain on such highways, roads or streets and any and all other such permissible purposes as detailed in Ohio R.C. 4504.04, 4504.06, 4504.17 or 4507.17.
