141.01 DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED; COMPOSITION.

   There is hereby established a Public Works Department under the direction of the City Manager which shall consist of the Public Works Director and such other employees as may be prescribed by Council. (Ord. 6-2010. Passed 4-19-10.)
