1336.06 BUILDINGS EXEMPT FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CHAPTER.
   Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Chapter, the City Manager may approve the proposed Change if the City Manager has been advised in writing by the Community Development Director that it meets all of the criteria in Sections 1336.06 (a) and 1336.06(b):
   (a)   The building proposed to be Changed is less than 200 square feet based on the outside dimensions thereof, and will remain less than 200 square feet upon completion of the Change; and
   (b)   That, in his/her opinion, the building or structure clearly does not have Historical Significance and is noncontributing to an Historic District to an Historic Property.
