1336.03 HISTORIC REVIEW THRESHOLDS.
   (a)    A Change to a building, structure, or property within the Historic District or designated Historic Property requires Historic Review if any of the following thresholds are met:
      (1)    Changing twenty-five percent (25%) or more of the Exterior Walls of the Front Elevation;
         A.   Where a Historic Property is located on a corner lot, the twenty-five percent (25%) area threshold shall apply to each Front Elevation individually.
      (2)    Changing twenty-five percent (25%) or more of the Roof as viewed in the Front Elevation;
         A.   Where a Historic Property is located on a corner lot, the twenty-five percent (25%) area threshold shall apply to the Roof as viewed in the Front Elevation individually.
      (3)    Changing fifty percent (50%) or more of the Exterior Walls of the Side Elevation;
      (4)    Changing fifty percent (50%) or more the Roof as viewed in the Side Elevation;
      (5)    Changing, except for an In-Kind Replacement, of any portion of a Porch on a Front or Side Elevation, inclusive of its Roof and supports; or
      (6)    New Construction of a building or structure.
   (b)    Buildings and structures identified in Section 1336.06 are exempt from Historic Review.
