The Economic Development Commission shall have the specific responsibility of:
(a) Introducing interested parties to available commercial and residential locations in the City;
(b) Assist and advise City Council in the management and development of property owned by the City;
(c) Coordinate and support new development packages as required by City Council;
(d) Assist in seeking funds for special developments; and
(e) Prepare economic impact and feasibility studies.
