1335.08 PRESERVATION OF RIGHTS.

Nothing contained in Sections 1335.01 to 1335.08 shall in any way interfere with or require any owner of real estate in the City within an Historic District or owning property designated as an Historic Property to take or refrain from taking any action with respect to such property.
