All signs shall be maintained in good condition or shall be removed all in accordance with Chapter 1361 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Wyoming. The City Manager shall make a periodic inspection of all signs located within the City, and if upon such inspection the City Manager shall determine that any sign is or has become defective or insecurely mounted or supported so as to constitute a public hazard, the City Manager shall give not less than ten (10) days notice by registered or certified mail to the owner, lessee or operator of the premises on which such sign is located, ordering that such sign shall be removed or repaired so as to eliminate such hazard. If any such sign has not been removed or repaired as ordered on or before the expiration of the notice following receipt of such notice by the owner, lessee or operator of the premises upon which such sign is located, the City Manager may take any measure prescribed or permitted by Section 1331.18
and, in addition, may place or cause to be placed signs or barriers indicating and warning of such danger.
