1189.02 REGULATIONS.
   Such "residential based business" use shall:
   (a)   Allow any family member(s) residing on the premises to be employed or utilized by such business.
   (b)   Permit one additional individual, whether or not a family member to be employed, when such individual is required to work on the premises as a condition of such employment. Nothing contained in the subsection (b) shall preclude a "residential based business" from utilizing the services of others provided that they shall not work on the premises.
   (c)   Be located entirely within the dwelling or in an accessory building located on the same premises as the dwelling. (Ord. 12-2012. Passed 10-15-12.)
   (d)   Not change the residential appearance of the building or premises or provide any visible evidence of the business use from off of the premises except for the installation of a sign in conformance with the provisions of Section 1331.03 of the City of Wyoming Sign Code.

   (e)   Not unreasonably increase pedestrian, vehicular traffic or parking in excess of the pedestrian, vehicular traffic or parking normally present in the immediate vicinity of the dwelling.
   (f)   Not create smoke, dust, sound or vibration outside of the dwelling or accessory building.
   (g)   Not involve the storage or display of materials, products, merchandise or equipment in such a manner as to be visible from outside of the dwelling or the accessory building.
   (h)   Not involve the sale of any product or merchandise from the premises when such sale requires the purchaser to come onto the dwelling premises.
