1181.11 RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER SECTIONS OF THE ZONING AND BUILDING CODES.

(a) The developer shall obtain building permits as required by the then adopted Building Codes, prior to beginning construction of any structure and shall comply with the applicable provisions thereof.

(b) The developer shall obtain Certificates of Occupancy as required under Chapter 1135.

(c) Upon obtaining approval of a Development Plan, the developer shall be exempt from the requirements contained in Chapters 1111 to 1119 pertaining to subdivisions and from the requirements contained in Chapter 1133.
