"Side Building Line" or "Side Building Setback Line" means the line on a lot defining the inside limit of the side yard. The setback, or distance from the side lot line to the side building line shall be the shortest distance from the face of the building to the side lot line including attached structures such as decks and other similar improvements but excluding permitted projections in accordance with Section 1183.07 (a) and 1183.08 of this Code.
