(a) Closing Hours. The Parks and Recreation Areas, other than the lighted tennis courts and the Wyoming Recreation Center Multi-purpose Field, shall close at dusk. The lighted tennis courts and Multi-purpose Field shall close at 11:00 p.m. No person shall enter or remain within any park premises or recreational facility after the specified closing time, or enter any park premises or property before sunrise, except with special written permission of the City Manager.
(b) Operating Hours. Nothing in this Section 957.02 shall be read to prevent the City Manager from imposing more limited hours of operation for staff supervised facilities than the above stated closing hours. (Ord. 19-2017. Passed 10-16-17.)
