955.03 IMPROPERLY MAINTAINED COMPOST OR YARDWASTE PILES DECLARED A NUISANCE.

Any compost/yardwaste pile or operation that creates any condition as specified in Section 955.02 shall be considered improperly maintained and injuriously affects the public health, safety and welfare, and is hereby declared a nuisance.
