(A) The fees for plan review, deposits, permits, inspections, bonds and late fees shall be established by City Council resolution. The fees shall be available for viewing in the office of the City Clerk, the Engineering and Building Department, and published on the city’s website.
(B) The building permit fees shall be based on the estimated cost by the applicant, which cost shall be checked and approved by the code official.
(C) Any required deposit shall be made in the form of cash, cashier’s check or bond form approved by the code official and the City Attorney.
