The following fees shall be assessed to and paid by any inmate utilizing the services of an emergency vehicle owned or operated by the city for purposes of transporting that person to a facility for emergency medical treatment:

Reimbursement for defibrillator | $40 |

Reimbursement for mileage, per mile | $11 |
Reimbursement for oxygen | $40 |
Reimbursement for supplies | $35 |
Treat and release fee | $100 |
