§ 156.009 DISPOSITION OF REIMBURSEMENTS; DETERMINATION BY CITY TREASURER.
   The reimbursements secured under this subchapter shall be credited to the General Fund of the city to be available for general fund purposes. The City Treasurer may determine the amount due the city under this subchapter and render sworn statements thereof. These sworn statements shall be considered prima facie evidence of the amount due.
