For the purpose of this subchapter, the depiction, by any method as set forth in this subchapter of any one or combination of the following acts shall be prima facie evidence of the violation of this subchapter:
(A) Human genitals in a state of sexual stimulation or arousal;
(B) Human masturbation, sexual intercourse or sodomy; and/or
(C) Fondling or other erotic or intentional touching of the human genitals, pubic regions, buttock or female breast.
