§ 150.022 SWIMMING, BATHING AND THE LIKE IN THE DETROIT RIVER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to swim, bathe, wade or otherwise immerse his or her body in the waters of the Detroit River or any of its tributaries within the city, unless said area is specifically approved by the city and designated for such activity.
