§ 150.021 FRAUDULENT SCHEMES; DISGUISES.
   (A)   Fraudulent schemes prohibited. It is unlawful for any person within the city to engage in any fraudulent scheme, device or trick to obtain money or other valuable thing, or to aid or abet in any fraudulent scheme, device or trick to obtain money or other valuable thing.
   (B)   Disguising with intent to obstruct the execution of the law. Any person who shall in any manner disguise himself or herself (including disguising one’s actual identity) with intent to obstruct the due execution of the law, or with intent to intimidate, hinder or interrupt any officer or any other person in the legal performance of his or her duty, or the exercise of his or her rights under the constitution, laws of the state and ordinances of the city, whether such an intent is effected or not, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
