§ 150.016 OBSTRUCTING CITY BUSINESS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person or group of persons at any time, on any city-owned or city-controlled property, to obstruct, impede or interfere in any way with the regular course of city business by, but not limited to, walking, gathering, sitting, standing or lying on any city-owned or city-controlled property, or to attempt to do the same.
   (B)   CITY BUSINESS is defined to include all or any part of any governmental or proprietary function of the city being conducted by or engaged in by any elected or appointed officer, by any commission, member or by any agent or employee of the city.
