§ 150.015 OBSTRUCTING ACCESS TO CITY BUILDING OR PERSONNEL.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct, impede or interfere with the access of any person to any city office, building, facility or city personnel, or to attempt to do the same.
   (B)   CITY PERSONNEL is defined to include any elected or appointed officer of the city, including, but not being limited to, members of the city commissions and city agents and employees, who are conducting or engaged in any governmental or proprietary function of the city.
