§ 134.010 CHANGE OF LOCATION.
   (A)   A used car dealer’s license shall be issued only for use on the premises named in the license application and such location shall not be changed without the approval of the City Clerk.
   (B)   The Clerk shall not approve such a transfer unless the new location conforms with all applicable ordinances.
