§ 132.081 TRANSFER OF LICENSE.
   (A)   No license or permit shall be transferable, except with the consent of the City Clerk and ratified by the City Council.
   (B)   An application for such transfer shall be in writing and shall be accompanied by fees provided by City Council resolution. The written application for such transfer shall contain the same information as requested herein for initial application for the license or permit.
