The City Council may revoke any license, for any violation of any of the provisions of §§ 132.001 through 132.024 of this chapter by the owner, operator or employee of the arcade. The license may also be revoked for any violation of the fire regulations or codes of the city, state and also for violation of any applicable city ordinance or state statute. Said license may be revoked only after a hearing before the Council, at a time and place set by the Council. The licensee shall be given at least ten days’ notice prior to the date of hearing, by first class mail.
