§ 132.023 OBSTRUCTIONS TO PUBLIC VIEW PROHIBITED.
   No mechanical amusement device arcade licensee shall permit any obstruction of a public view by the use of drawn shades, blinds, screens, posters or walls of a permanent or moveable nature.
