All parking and other use of streets and alleys by the operators of motor vehicles at amusement arcades shall conform to the provisions of the state’s Motor Vehicle Code and the city’s traffic ordinances, zoning ordinance and directions of the Chief of Police (or his or her designated representative) as provided from time to time.
