No person who has been issued a certificate from the City Clerk’s office pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter shall, directly or indirectly, or through any servant, agent or employee, permit any person to operate or cause to be operated in the city the amusement arcade between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., except on Fridays, Saturdays and legal holidays, when the prohibited hours shall be between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
