§ 132.007 INTOXICATED PERSONS.
   No person who has been issued a certificate from the City Clerk’s office pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter shall, directly or indirectly, or through any servant, agent or employee, permit intoxicated persons to loiter on the premises.
