No person who has been issued a certificate from the City Clerk’s office pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter shall, directly or indirectly, or through any servant, agent or employee permit any indecent, immoral or profane language, or indecent, immoral, disorderly, vulgar, lewd, obscene or improper conduct on the licensed premises.
