The Pawnbrokers Act, being Public Act 273 of 1917, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 446.201 et seq., the Pawnbrokers Act and the Secondhand Dealers Act, being Public Act 350 of 1917, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 445.401 et seq., the Secondhand Dealers Act, are both incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. Any violation of the Pawnbrokers Act and the Secondhand Dealers Act shall be considered a violation of this subchapter.
