§ 131.035 NON-FERROUS METALS.
   Nothing in this subchapter should be construed to diminish the requirements that scrap processors and junkyard operators who deal with non-ferrous metals must comply with the Non-Ferrous Metals Act, being Public Act 429 of 2008, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 445.421 et seq.
