§ 131.030 INVESTIGATION BY CITY’S CHIEF OF POLICE.
   (A)   The application for the license with a term no longer than one year from the date of the issuance shall be referred by the City Clerk to the Chief of Police for approval, who shall obtain fingerprints from the applicant.
   (B)   The Chief of Police shall conduct an investigation and file a report with the City Clerk.
