§ 110.039 BOND.
   Before any license is issued pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter, the applicant shall execute a bond in the penal sum of $2,000 with two or more sufficient sureties to be approved by the Clerk, conditioned upon the faithful compliance by the applicant with the provisions of the Charter and this code and the payment of all penalties which may be recovered against him or her for the violation thereof and upon the faithful accounting to the consignor or owner of the goods entrusted to and moneys received by him or her and for the protection of any person purchasing goods who shall sustain any damage by unlawful or fraudulent sale by said auctioneer.
