A person desiring the license required by the provisions of this subchapter shall file a sworn, written application with the City Clerk giving the information required upon the form and such other information as the Clerk may require to determine whether the license is to be issued. Such application shall be accompanied by affidavits of three residents of the city certifying to the good reputation and moral character of the applicant.
