§ 110.007 SECONDHAND HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE OR GOODS; EXEMPTION.
   (A)   This subchapter shall not apply to auction sales of secondhand household furniture and household goods.
   (B)   The words SECONDHAND HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS, in this subchapter, mean household furniture and household goods which have actually been used for housekeeping purposes.
