§ 97.008 PARK RANGERS.
   (A)   The Police and Fire Commission is authorized to hire, prescribe the duties and assign park rangers to work in any of the city-owned parks and playgrounds.
   (B)   The park rangers are authorized to issue appearance tickets for violations of any of the provisions set forth or referred to in this chapter.
