§ 97.003 ANIMALS AND FOWL.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to bring any animal, reptile or bird, with or without leash, or to have any animal, reptile or bird in his or her custody or control in any park or playground area within the city, except in playground areas on days officially designated by the Recreation Director.
