§ 90.035 KEEPING AND LOCATION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, within 500 feet of any dwelling, street, alley or public place, any animal, bird or fowl, except a parrot, canary, finch, cockatiel and parakeet if kept indoors as commonly kept or housed as household pets. Fowl shall not be considered household pets and are subject to the restrictions of this section.
