The Chief Animal Control Officer in enforcing the provisions of this chapter and the statutes of the state pertaining to animals may make complaints to the city’s Prosecuting Attorney and to the District Court in regard to any violations of this chapter. It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere or hinder any Animal Control Officers in the performance of their duties.
