§ 74.007 LOCAL PROSECUTION.
   When any provision of this subchapter or a rule promulgated and incorporated under § 74.006 of this chapter has been violated, the offense may be prosecuted in any municipality through which the motor vehicle, driver or operator implicated was situated or passed when the offense was committed.
