§ 72.028 DISABLED PARKING SPACE PROVIDED IN PRIVATE PARKING AREAS.
   The city, upon the request of either the owner or the person in charge of the general operation and control of any parking area, shall:
   (A)   Provide for the designation of disabled parking spaces in the parking area, designate traffic lanes and regulate traffic by means of traffic-control signals or signs to facilitate use of the parking area for the disabled with the costs of said service to be paid for by the requesting owner or person in charge; and
   (B)   Provide for the towing away and/or impoundment of a vehicle, not properly identified as a disabled, as defined in § 72.026 of this chapter, by the Police Department.
