The Uniform Traffic Code for cities, townships and villages, as amended, originally promulgated by the director of state police on 2-14-1958, and subsequently promulgated by the Director of the Department of State Police and published in the 1979 edition of the Michigan Administrative Code, and the amendments to such Uniform Traffic Code which were promulgated by the Director of the Department of State Police, effective 1-27-1981, and published in Quarterly Supplement No. 5 to the 1979 edition of the Michigan Administrative Code, said supplement being published 5-15-1981, in accordance with Public Act 62 of 1956, and §§ 7, 9 and 153 of Public Act 380 of 1965, being M.C.L.A. §§ 257.951, 16.107, 16.109 and 16.253, is hereby adopted by reference as in this subchapter modified.
