For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND CHARGES. Reasonable reimbursement to the city for all services rendered by the various city departments and employees to the cable television system and all reasonable direct and indirect costs and expenses the city may incur as a result of the installation, operation, maintenance, administration and/or use of the cable television system, including, but not limited to, costs of police and fire protection, use of streets, payment in lieu of taxes.
CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM. A system of wires, antennas, lines, cables, towers, waveguides or other conductors, converters, equipment and facilities, designed and constructed for the purpose of producing, receiving, transmitting, amplifying and distributing, audio, video and other forms of electronic or electrical signals.
CITY. The City of Wyandotte.
INSTALLATION CHARGE. The amount to be charged to a subscriber for the connection of the system from the feeder cable to the subscriber’s terminals.
SUBSCRIBER. The recipient of the cable television service.
